Samuel T. Acheampong is the visionary Founder & Chief Executive of S.T.A Asset Management, a globally positioned, multi-sector asset management firm with strong foundations across Europe and Africa.
As a Chartered Management Institute (CMI) qualified professional in Management and Leadership, and holding a degree in Business and Marketing, Samuel brings a strong blend of academic excellence, strategic insight, and practical industry expertise to global asset management.
With over 8 years of experience in the investment management industry, Samuel has built a deep understanding of property markets, valuation, development, and asset optimisation. This real estate foundation continues to shape S.T.A Asset Management’s robust approach to long-term value creation.
Today, he leads the firm’s expansion across high-impact sectors including Real Estate, Business Acquisitions, Oil & Gas, and Precious Metals, driving scalable value through the strategic management of tangible, real-world assets.
With operations spanning two continents, Samuel combines the agility and opportunity of emerging markets with the discipline and resilience of developed economies. Under his leadership, S.T.A Asset Management serves a diverse portfolio of institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, sovereign partners, and global enterprises — delivering performance grounded in clarity, integrity, and innovation.
